i³DVR International is ISO CertifiedOn May 26th , 2004 i³DVR International successfully passed the ISO 9001:2000 certification audit. During the audit, conducted by ITS, our entire organization was thoroughly examined to ensure that it was in compliance with ISO Standards.The long process of preparing to meet ISO's rigorous standards helped us to create a well-defined company mandate. ISO will ensure that the policies and procedures set out in this mandate are adhered to through regular yearly audits. Because the standards for quality management set out by ISO are internationally accepted, ISO certification will help us achieve the level of quality and customer satisfaction we aspire to as a company.
