End Users Training

As our customer base has increased over the years, we have experienced an increasing interest the End User (Store Manager) training. This new course is intended to train end users in the proficient use of our software. At the end of the lesson, users will be able to effectively automate the essential features of our systems. This 3-4 hour training class will be held based on the schedule provided below. Students are awarded an i³DVR End User Certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Booking Instructions:

1. Apply at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled class time.
2. Fill out the appropriate PDF registration form attached below.
3. Please note that the refundable deposit amount for i³DVR Dealer Training is $250 per student.
    This amount will be refunded to you provided you will attend the class or cancel your application
    at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Forms with unfilled Deposit Fee information
    will not be accepted.
4. Fax the completed Registration Form to 416-261-8406.

Please Note: all personal checks and money orders should arrive to i³DVR Head Office at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled class date (please consult the schedule below).
